What is Arise
Arise is a Redeemed Life. “Bless the Lord, O my soul, . . Who redeems your life from the pit, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and compassion.”—Psalm 103:2, 4 We arise out of the pits of our lives to live a life of bold faith and royalty as children of the King of Kings.
Arise is New Life. “Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come.”—2 Corinthians 5:17 We have been raised from spiritual death to new life in Christ and have a fresh new beginning!
Arise is a Life of Hope. “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.”—I Peter 1:2. We look forward and upwards with expectant hope!
Arise is a Transformed Life. “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—His good, pleasing and perfect will.”—Romans 12:2.
Arise is a Higher, Heavenly Life. “God raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus” (Ephesians 2:6, NASB). “If you then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sits on the right hand of God.” (Colossians 3:1, KJV). We dare to go higher with Christ. We pursue more of Jesus and His resurrection power.
Arise is a Resilient Life. “Though the righteous fall seven times, they rise again.” (Proverbs 24:16, NIV) “We may be knocked down but we are never knocked out!” (2 Corinthians 4:9, Philips NT).
Arise is an Overcoming Life. “But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us.”—Romans 8:31
Arise is an Abundant Life. “I come that you might have life and have it more abundantly.”—John 10:10
